The stay at the resort was amazing. Definitely the place to visit if you wish to relax and rejuvenate. The property is lavish giving all the luxury vibes. The staff is very polite, helpful and professional. The breakfast and dinner has a variety of buffet offerings that are lip smacking. All in all a great stay. Definitely recommended
Overall it was good if you want to spend quality & quite time with your loved ones. Complementary breakfast & dinner was good. I personally did not like the interior of the rooms. Either the furniture was too old or it was designed that way.. I'm not sure about that.

The panoramic views of the valley and the serene ambiance make it a perfect retreat for nature lovers like me. The well-maintained gardens and lush green surroundings added to the charm. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design and the thoughtful amenities provided. The staff at Grand Victoria Panchgani were exceptional. They were courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to dining at your restaurant, the service was impeccable. Speaking of dining, the food at your restaurant was a culinary delight. The variety and quality of dishes served were outstanding, and I must commend the chefs for their expertise. The dining experience overlooking the valley was truly memorable .
Had 2 nights stay at Fern . The property is absolutely stunning. Right from the start at Check In Ms. Chanchala welcomed us with a warm smile , refreshments and a hot face towel. The property is very well maintained. The food quality is also upto the mark. Mr. Bhat he takes very special care of likes and dislikes . Overall had a great stay definitely recommended for your family. Also special thanks to Mr. Devraj .
We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Victoria Fern Resort in Panchgani. The staff is super friendly and polite. The food is worth every penny. Especially, their desserts and fish curry. Special thanks to Lakshmi from the front desk who made our stay special.
It was a pleasant stay. My feedback is to have inhouse laundry. And swimming costumes could be given on tariff or sold off. The fragrance in the lobby area is pleasing to the senses. Loved it. Hospitality is good. Staff is co-operative .
The hospitality was very good. The food was icing on the cake. We had all the meals at the resort for 2 days and we were not bored of the flavours. I also planned a surprise for my finance and it was executed amazingly by Chanchala and her team. Kudos to them! Highly recommend!
