GRAND SURYA BY HOTEL SURYA - Hotel in Jhumri Telaiya - Koderma, India

Grand suriya is also famous for marriage ceremony and I visit once for bar. The bar is good. But when I first visit , there was no croud. Only me and my friend . That's over. You can dance on stage there. Over all good friendly bar. But I see here price for hotel for staying is above 3k. So this must be the issue.. but there are all other hotel also available , may be in 3k, you will get all facilities because I never stayed here. The person is so kind so give a shot to stay and entertain on the rock and roll.

Very good location, just 300-400 meters away from Koderma Railway Station. Room is also good. Huge open parking lot with staff room for drivers. All amenities like Comb, hand wash, Dental Kit, Soap, Shampoo, slipper, are there. Service is good. As it is located in Jhumri Tilyaya City of Koderma, one can plan for short visit to Tilaya Dam on Barakar River near the hotel.

One of the best hotels of Koderma or to be true the best in Koderma. I stayed here for three nights. Excellent staffs...all professional and so polite... rooms are a delight... spacious and with all the modern amenities.Tbh, since Koderma is not a very big city, I never expected and is overwhelmed by the quality of service they provide. Highly recommended. And I will definitely stay here only for my next trip also.

Best food out of all the restaurant. Period. Literally the only place you can properly hangout and relax at. Ask for Virendra Bhaiya at the Bar. Perfectly Fine service, good behaviour by the staff. Variety of food is great. 8/10. Only needs slight improvement in the named categories.

The facilities of the hotels are top class in the nearby areas. The ambience is really elegant. Service and food quality is worth mentioning. One can also utilize banquet hall for marriages, corporate meetings, etc. Stay was really pleasant and highly recommended.

Disgusting service, first of all they given the room someone else, after 2 hours of waiting finally got the room. All time chasing them for switching on the ac,s, poor service. They are providing complementary mineral water only after 10.30 a.m. not before that. I have checked in 7 am morning and checked out next day at 9.30 in evening. I have confirmed by the staff for charges and that time manager told that you need to pay 2 night charge. But at the time of checking out they asked me to provide 3 days charges. Horrible cheater people they are. Never recommended anyone

Room was good but wait. Only the room was good. TV not working. Complaint again and again regarding tv on reception but no solution provided. Regarding ac have to complaint 6 times on reception. In bathroom used toilereteries were placed. Pictures attached. Pathetic experience with this property. Will never stay again in this property.

Everything is great for this city, but 5th floor had pub & bar and have a common elevator so at night you can't use the elevator. This makes a family can't stay there or use the elevator.
