Grand Signature Hotel and Spa - Hotel in Yercaud, Kombaikkadu - Salem, India

Nice hotel located near to the lake, the entire property was sparkling clean. We stayed at a superior non AC room in the second floor here for a night on a Diwali day(Nov 12, 2023), room and the entire property was sparkling clean with 24 hours hot water facility. The In-house restaurant serves a pretty good food(both south & North Indian cuisines). Campfire with DJ between 8-9 pm was highly engaging and created a nice vibe among guests. Great hospitality from staff right from check-in till check-out. The complimentary breakfast spread was decent enough with South Indian cuisines along with few bread options, food tasted pretty good. Overall a nice place to stay with family in Yercaud. Reduced 1 star for the road leading to this place, 200 metres of the path is in bad shape(off road enthusiasts would love though) and the swimming pool definitely needs maintenance as the water was lil dirty and the tiles were broken at places in the pool.

Had visited with family, found the place very convenient and clean rooms and hygienic restroom, my kids enjoyed the stay and had fun at the pool and play area, specially the breakfast buffet which was good for the package provided. Very reasonable room pricing compared to other similar stays nearby. Walkable distance to lake and nearby shops. There is a spa inside which I didn't have time to visit. Would be lovely if there were a few tables near the pool for a good cup of coffee and sandwiches during the evenings and if spa rate card is kept in room. Overall it was a happy stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with 2 young kids. The rooms are pretty clean and good size. The food was great. The staff and service is exceptional. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The best part of the stay was, we forgot our AirPods at the lobby a day before checkout realizing they were in the car. After checkout we came down to Selam and checked the location of Airpods and they were showing in Yercaud. So we rang the Hotel, the hotel staff confirmed they secured them safely to return to the owner. I requested them to courier and they did promptly without fail. Loved their honesty and service. Thank you staff. We would definitely stay here again in future.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Clean and spacious rooms. Complementary breakfast was good. But lunch and dinner were not worth it for the price they provide. Also some of the items were overcooked and curry smells rancid. Mentioned it to the cheff and he replaced it immediately. Menu is filled with North Indian dishes. Pool is very small in size.

Good budget friendly hotel with plenty of parking. Roof top restaurant is good and the swimming at the top is fun. Food is average of you take buffet. Not much of options and tastes just normal. Lot of rooms, new, clean and well maintained. Spa is there but too crowded and over booked.

Stayed for 2 days. Overall it was a great experience. I recommended Feather Touch for my wife and the procedure done by Ms. Madhu who did the procedure very well.. Explained everything in the beginning and she discussed even small things during the whole procedure.. Body pain completely gone away and felt very relaxed.. Should not miss this Feather Touch SPA if you are staying here... It was very clean and excellent support

Hotel location is good, provided good complementary breakfast.... But even for basic room service request they'll take their own sweet time.... If you order bed coffee surely you'll get it by lunch that too after constantly calling room service again Anna again.... Swimming pool was good and well maintained. Overall, room service is the only problem in an otherwise good hotel

Had a very good food at Over Steller Rooftop restaurant. Very good ambience. Peaceful place. Good and Friendly service by Mr.Naren. Thank you we will come back for more.
