The hotel is nice, the rooms are also nice, but the hotel has a monopoly for events, such a big hotel should not do this, they let only the one who commissions the event to work, and this leads to exploitation of the customer. Customers should consider this while booking a hotel. If you are forced to choose our event manager while booking, then you should understand that there is a big collusion between them.

Good property managed by non efficient people. - As soon as I arrived, there was nobody to take out luggage from my car. - i was on CP plan but I was supposed to leave early morning. Receptionist offered to my pack breakfast for me but forgot to do so. Many more issues....

Let's start with good: Rooms are decent, clean and well maintained. Reception, lobby are also well maintained Let's talk about issues and shortfalls 1. Lift of the hotel is not maintained and risky. We waited for 10 min in lift but yet lift was not able to close doors 2. Frequent failure of electricity and backup generated takes time to restore power 3. The room keys switch had loose connection due to which we were sitting in darkness for 20 min after which we recognised that with switch had issues 4. Map plan does not cover starters, Mutton preparations 5. Non-veg food was tasteless and feeling like meat was served in veg gravy 6. Oily papads, salty soups, salty raita which was returned back 7. After placing food order for 2 people we had to wait for nearly 1 hour despite restaurant was vacant and hard 5-6 people were sitting and they too were waiting for food to be served 8. Restaurant staff confused on Bar Menu card and Restaurant Menu card Overall experience with Sarovar Portico in Latur was poor due to poorly managed staff and need serious improvement. The manager seems untrained and unaware about the Brand Portico and standards.

That was a great great experience hotel was a very good staff and really really hygienic. And excellent decoration and lighting are there. I think one of the best wedding and marriage hotel ...... Very very good

Hotel is good, little.bit high price as compare to service. Rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic. Service should be improved and there are bars and restaurants on the ground floor. The location is good opposite the collector office. As per the price faculty are less. They need to open Gym, swimming facilities also.

Great ambience, good rooms, and easy accessibility from City and bus/railway stations. But very poor service and understaffed (could be because farming activities were in full swing in June)... Must manage adequate staff and provide better service to the guests

We stayed here for 2 days with family. They have ok rooms but the worst service I have ever seen. They don't answer phones for room service. Even after calling 10 times for a cup of tea, no one gets the order and every time they say Yes for the order. The reception has no etiquette while talking to the customer. They behave like we are living there for free. No timely cleaning provided. Better avoid this place and look for another option.

We Recently Had a Event at This Place and We were from the Photography Team . Had had faced terrible experience, our lens got stolen . On approaching the management for seeking help , they told they have not installed cctvs in banquet hall , nither they were having security camera in the main exits and entrances nor in the parking lot. Zero security check. Worst management
