The Resort is located in remote area, far from Beach. One can't avail this Resort without its own vehicle. I hired 3 rooms. Room No 202(twin) has two wash room. Gyseor fitted in only one Wash Room. 1st day, water in sealed bottle served but subsequent day, RO water filled in used bottle served. Menu of Complementry Breakfast is very poor. No comment on quality. Service of Restaurant is very slow. If one avail Sweeming Pool, Towels are provided with extra Charge.
We had an excellent experience with the Grand Resort. We stayed here from 20th July to 23rd July. It's a value for money for the following reasons. 1. Friendly staff and I find a smile on their face. Especially the lady called Anjali is seasoned and meticulously attends to the guest. 2. Specious rooms and clean washrooms. 3. Sumptuous foods served in their restaurant 4. Complimentary cart service until lighthouse. I firmly recommend the grand resort to my friends for the above reasons.
Nice property with spacious rooms specially the Family Suites having 2 attached rooms and essential amenities with 24 hrs power back up facility which most of the hotels do not provide inspite of demanding to provide the same .. liked the swimming pool as well.. most importantly they provide free toto service to the beach .. taste of food is also good.. Grand Resort can be located from the Marine Drive Rd so u won't have much difficulty to be there..
We visited the Grand Resort Puri in November. Their hospitability & staff behaviour is very welcoming. They cater to all your needs.
It is an apartment converted into a hotel. There are different styled rooms, even two combined rooms with separate toilets. It creates a lot of confusion in booking if you are doing some official event there. Hotel's entrance is clumsy and difficult so big vehicles like innova, prefer to park at the road which is at a higher level than the entrance. Food is average. The conference room is big, but again its entrance is not so easy. The staff is very good and helpful and this made our stay good.
It's a pleasant stay here along with family, specious rooms. It is little far from beach but they provide a good service(free) for pick and drop.
The best ever Resort with hospitality at it's highest level at every level from Reception to housekeeping and Restaurant.Feeling at home made me to come at this Resort once again for my next trip , Thank you all the staffs specially Receptionist, Guest Relation Executive , miss Anjali Madam for their commitment and dedication!

Nice rooms with good service. Food is nice. Beach is very close and not very crowded. A little pricey but overall satisfied. Elevator would have been nice though but wifi is there.
