I enjoyed staying at Grand Residency. The customer service here was really great. All the staff went out of there way to help me with anything I needed. The hotel is located in a central part of Bandra and close to anything you need. I enjoyed my room and everyday the staff would clean the room very thoroughly. The breakfast was great as well as the complementary coffee and tea you get each day. Will stay again when I am back in Mumbai. Great room service as well I enjoyed the dishes I had ordered. Really loved the hotel and the fact that's it's in Bandra
Wonderful hotel, awesone management service and custoner service staff. Amazing breakfast and food. We have stayed a few tines and have the same issue with the UNCOMFORTABLE beds where mattresses are just not comfortable...SOFT SPRINGY and cannot get a good night Please take note...time to change your mattresses.

My friend was staying here and I think this is a really scammy place.. They are only looking for ways to get money out of you.. like the place is pretty overpriced too.. the location is pretty average and the rooms are below average for the price.. my friend was constantly scared to do anything because they charge you money for smallest things!! Would recommend looking another way - Bandra has some great and far more homely places
Only the name and the lobby is grand the rest of the things have passed it's glory days the two night stay made me feel this place doesn't even want to maintain a standard any more. The shower head is rusted so broken that you can't take a normal shower properly . The bathroom tiles are stained the ceiling has stain marks all over the backside of the door in the bathroom has stain marks. The walls have painted chipped off and stained the ceiling in the room is the same way. I really wonder what they can't do to fix and maintain a particular standard.
