Grand Rama's Bistro Restro and Cafe - Restaurant in Shamli - Shamli, India

I recently visited this cafe and I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. To my shock and dismay, I found an insect in my food. This is completely unacceptable and shows a severe lack of hygiene standards. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff, but their response was far from satisfactory. I expected better from a place that prides itself on providing quality service. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dining here. It's imperative that restaurants maintain cleanliness and prioritize the well-being of their patrons. Please address this issue promptly and take measures to ensure it doesn't happen again. Your customers deserve better.

It's a fantastic place for Dine-in. The food is delicious and the ambience is also good. Highly recommended for parties or dining.

Great experience. Loved the ambience. Service was speedy and good. Food was great. Ordered Rama bistro special paneer (this could be less spicy) and navratan korma was good. Tomato soup was great. Dahi ke Sholay was awesome. Overall a great experience.

Extremely disappointing services. We have ordered food appox 50mins back and still my family and friends are waiting for the same. If you are free or waiting to catch any train this is a good place to come to spend your time.

Service amazing Staff nice too good .

We went on a family dinner here. I loved their quick and responsive service. The ambience was also very nice. Food was tasty. The overall experience was amazing.

I liked dal makhni only. Corn pizzawas not that hot also. Else the chilly potato wasn't worth the pennies. There were no sauce no veggies just dried frenchfries in a little sauce The mojito was nothing but sweet coloured water, no fizz nothing.. This place was only about anterior n I don't personally prefer this place coz of the quality and quantity. according to me it was bit expensive. North India food is only thing u can try there. Starters I don't like. I ll give 10/10 for ambience and vibe.

This place, even though it belongs to a small town of Shamli has become my most favourite restaurant ever! Indian snacks were mouth watering and quantities were huge. Chinese and Italian food was equally lip smacking! Manchurian was just the best! And mocktails, ah! I bet all you KFCs and McDs to serve a better mojito! Kudos team!
