Remarkable Stay at Grand Plaza - Impeccable Service! I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay. The room's pristine cleanliness truly impressed me upon arrival. The service was beyond excellent - the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. Although parking posed a challenge, it didn't diminish the exceptional experience they offered. Kudos to the team for their dedication to guest satisfaction. I enthusiastically recommend Grand Plaza for an outstanding stay. Looking forward to returning!

Pros: 1. Clean rooms and bathroom with separate shower. 2. Very tasty South Indian/Continental breakfast with 10+ items 3. Proximity to beach, 500 meters. 4. Operational wifi without any issue (most of the hotels don't provide this though they advertise) Cons: 1. If we need to park our car, there is no space and we have to park in the public space which is ok. The hotel doesn't have a spare area apart from the building. Overall, 5 star from me.

The highlight was undoubtedly the complimentary breakfast, a delightful and delicious spread that exceeded our expectations. Pros: Great location. Nearby to restaurants and Calicut beach. Affordable price. Bathroom cleanliness is much appreciated. Complimentary food was worthy.Cons: Elevator facility is from the first floor only so you have to climb stairs from the ground floor to the first floor. Room cleanliness is not up to the mark. Stained bedspread, insect found over bed, chair with broken leg which cannot be noticed at first until you sit and fall down...The room didn't seem to be fresh.Even after reporting these issues to the hotel the hotel showed negligence and was delayed to rectify it. It took great effort from the service to get these issues sorted out. Complimentary drinking water bottles were provided only after requesting. The room wasn't spacious enough for a family.

Stayed 2 nights with family. Excellent location, walkable distance to beach, close to restaurants ( zamzam restaurant offering great food) and shopping centres (SM street). Service is excellent and all staff are really great. Hotel provides breakfast which is nice too. Rooms are very spacious, clean and well maintained.

Stayed for one day on North Kerala vacation and Location is just near to main attraction like Calicut Beach, SM Street and Talli Temple. Rooms and Hotel is clean, staff cooperative and buffet breakfast was also good. Room service is provided but hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but There are many restaurants nearby and can be accessed on foot.

location and accessibility- Beach is just a 5min walk away. 4.5/5 Good appearance and aesthetics 4.5/5 Rooms - spacious, good furnishing. very comfy beds. 5/5 plumbing- no issues encountered. Washrooms were pristine and showerheads were lovely. 5/5 Food- i didn't try; just adjacent is Zamzam restaurant and I ate from there They also arranged cab to the airport overall 4.8/5 definitely recommend

Location is really nice..kozhikode sea beach is 500m away approx...all major destinations with in 3-4km radius..rooms are good as per the price charged...breakfast was good although not with wide variety of options but sufficient for a proper breakfast... service is very good and hotel staffs are very helpful...
