Food was horrible. The chopsuey noodles tasted like rancid oil. Room was dirty, especially the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while. It still had hairs and opened soap from a previous guest
Over all a bad experience. 1. Smelly water in Washrooms, you wont be able to brush with that water. Not hygienic. 2. On generator, Charging points wont work during Power Supply cuts. 3. Wifi not accessible in rooms and not upto mark. This is necessity when you are visiting from outside J&K and using prepaid SIMS as they stop working as soon as you enter J&K. 4. 200 rs/day extra for extra bedding charged. 5. Room Bell was not functioning. 6. Milk served was not of good quality and more like water than milk. 7. Lifts not available. 8. Kitchen opens at 8 am. 9. Sealed Water bottles are also not upto mark. Water tastes really bad. Seems they were refilled. No option for early check in. Not worth it. Pls like the review if you find it helpful. Regards,
An average place to visit. I visited there with my friends for a small party and found that services are good but not that professional as aspected. Since there are very few such places in the city to visit I made a choice to visit there. Prices are reasonable and location is good with a free parking space which attracts us and we ll be visiting again ....soon...!
Situated at highway therefore nothing happening nearby. Just okay type hotel. Service staff is better than the management.

3rd class rooms A.c not working properly And in the mornings staff of the a.c power supplies Toilet is not good No air ventilation in bath room Blanket are smelling badley And no loundery services It is better to stay in pathankot either in jammu
Everything was perfect & amazing, didn't faced any such issues while staying over there.
Didnt like the service of hotel.. Washrooms were untidy and mosquitoes were there in the room. Food is good.
