You will get the very basic items. A bed, AC and a place to bath. The location is great.. just walkable distance to prime locations.
I used it as a hopping spot, kept my luggage and went out for sight seeing till the time of my flight.
Do not expect more.
We chose Grand plaza for our stay as we had stayed earlier with them 5years ago. The place has downgraded a lot.
No maintenance in place. Shower, Fan weren't working well. Towels provided were torn. Dustbin didn't have base. On requesting the staff changed our room.
However, the place was not maintained well for the price paid for 1night.

Rooms are of reasonable area and clean,but Washroom is compact.
Front office and Service staff was good. Many families use it.

Location in busy area ,is suitable for main places.

The hotel was located in an apt place in hampankatta, the breakfast was complementary. The food was good though not many dishes to choose from. The hotel did not have a restaurant however they did provide room service of food.
The main thing that I liked about the hotel is that they have balcony in each room. The balcony has good view to the city roads and you can sit and chill in the balcony

The room was very clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the hotel are very helpful especially security guard Vishnu and Room Boy Sameer. The location is great- very near Central City Mall. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I m back in Mangalore
Rooms are too conjusted , u will never feel comfortable except for sleep , balcony is just like window never expect that for view or relaxation it's an completely waste thing , first and foremost never book the hotel by seeing the pictures in internet it's absolutely viceversa the buildings that u can see is jewelry shop behind that hotel is located just as ordinary hotel nothing exceptional , breakfast is okay in my point of view , Total I'm too unsatisfied even everyone feel samee
