DON'T Poor Hotel Treatment The treatment I received was extremely subpar. I had made a room reservation by speaking directly with the owner over the phone. During our conversation, I inquired whether he required any payment in advance, to which he assured me that there was no immediate need for payment, and we would settle the charges upon my arrival, as the room had been reserved for me. Upon reaching the hotel at 2 o'clock in the night, the individual who had initially confirmed my booking answered the phone call but shockingly informed me that there was no room available, and abruptly terminated the call. Furthermore, the manner in which he handled the situation was marked by extreme rudeness and lack of professionalism. Adding to the unpleasant experience, I noticed a group of intoxicated individuals outside the hotel premises engaged in disruptive behavior, which included dancing and menacing behavior that posed a threat to the safety of everyone in the vicinity. In summary, the overall experience was characterized by a lack of professionalism and courtesy from the hotel staff, particularly the owner who had initially confirmed my reservation. Additionally, the presence of rowdy individuals outside the hotel only exacerbated the discomfort and insecurity of the situation.

DON'T BOOK! As a girl who visited here with an all-girls group for a late-night stay, my experience was absolutely terrible. We had made a booking, but to our utter disappointment, the lodge canceled it at the last moment without any valid explanation. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when we arrived, the receptionist appeared to be intoxicated. This not only made us uncomfortable but also raised serious concerns about the lodge standards and safety. I strongly advise against staying or if you expect your reservation to be honored. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and decorum in a dining establishment. One star is honestly too generous for this experience.

To make matters worse, they didn't even have the decency to respond to our repeated calls for an explanation or assistance. We found ourselves stranded on unfamiliar streets, feeling vulnerable and frustrated, all at the ungodly hour of 3 o'clock in the morning. My earnest advice to anyone considering this place: Spare yourself the aggravation and financial waste. Seek options elsewhere, because the complete lack of professionalism and courtesy at this establishment is nothing short of appalling."

I don't recommend this hotel. Room, bathroom, toilet and lobby were not clean. Bed sheets and pillow covers weren't changed. Nonstop noise and dust are in free flow. But drinking water, you have to buy. Online booking is costlier despite all sorts of offers compared to direct room rates at lodge without offers. Note: Better avoid hotels with iRoomz prefix. I simply checked online tariff and it showed Rs 2500 against actual hotel tariff of Rs 1200 though plenty of rooms were available as told by the receptionist. Little fair practice is expected from iRoomtz. You may see the comparative tariff pictures. Charging more than double the actual tariff is exploitation of travellers. Car parking space is limited and complicated. Not easy to park or remove car. Overall, hotel experience was quite disappointing. I appreciate the skill of the photographer who has made the hotel look nice in the photo gallery.

Room size is good and there is secure parking for guests' cars. But cleanliness is sorely lacking. We received unclean looking towels, bedsheets and pillow covers The bathroom does not even have an exhaust fan. In other words, this hotel can only be your last option.

So I had checked in early morning around 5am, it wasn't difficult to locate the hotel but I could see a person utinating on hotel wall, I didn't expect this kind of cleanliness around hotel. Somehow as I had no other option and due to tiredness I dozed off and got up at 7am then the toilet wasn't hygiene at all, I could see dirty toilet and yellow stains over it. Even someone's inner wear was lying on the floor, somehow I too the shower and asked for hot water but they said hotel opens in the afternoon so only after that they could serve, as they had no landline for room service it was difficult to call them for any help. Bed had black stains all over it,I felt it was also not changed for weeks.

The hotel Grand palace, Koppal is well connected to Bus stand and City railway station. It is in the Centre place of the city. We can get good veg and Non veg hotels nearby lodge. The rooms are very spacious and have all facilities but it's needs to better wise cleanliness. We can get hot water facility.

hotel is average stay... buckets mug was dirty..very poor cleanliness....otherwise staf was cooperative.
