Staff behaour is very rude. At 11 pm i arived hotel and i ask to room attendent for bedsheet change but staff speak rudly and not change bedsheet. Very bed service

Our experience was too good. We feel overwhelmed to become a part of their family. Kashmir & its people left me nostalgic. I will be back very soon. The owners were very co-operative & helpful. It left me sad during check out feeling that I finally have to leave this place. Hotel is very close to the local sight seeing point of Srinagar.

Rs.600-1000/- per day for couple or group depends upon season, Affordable/Reasonable Price hotel near Dal lake Srinagar, Hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. I would definitely stay there again and recommend others to stay once atleast

I stayed 4 nights (solo) + 2 nights with my parents in April. I chose this hotel based on fact it's only at walking distance to Nishat garden. One should just go to Nishat to see the beauty of vast Dal lake at early morning and evening. Caretaker Bashir is nice person took good care of me. In fact there was another solo traveler like me who also extended his trip due to Bashir. He is talkative person. Owners of this property are good, quite and humble persons. Rooms are big and with functional bathroom & big geyser. Bashir can cook good food and food was at reasonable rate. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Awesome stay. Very cooperative owner. We stayed here from July 7 to July 14 2016. On July 8, Burhan wani was killed and curfew was imposed and therefore the staff was not able to come. However, in the absence of staff, owner served as very well and we felt safe there. It was really a nice stay with nice people. Hotel is nice as well with parking facility, nearby market and dal lake. Highly recommended.

Our trip to srinagar was unplanned and so we were unable to book any hotel in that short time we chose this hotel at random and were confused about this place by reading the mixed reviews but my experience there was really good the staff was humble the rooms were fine( what else do you expect at that price) but the main highlight of the place was the view if you get mountain facing side. The location was also really good the dal lake and nishat garden was of walking distance from there and there was a little pizza place near the hotel called foodle and few bakery shops. The owner was a quite and humble man but the servant was really talkative but he took really good care of us. Yes there was no room heaters available there but they will give you hot water bottles which work fine in keeping you warm. So over all my experience here was really good. If you have high expectations then you might not like this place but it was really good place in this price.

Location is good with Dal lake, Nishat Bagh and Shalimar gardens at close proximity. Rooms are cosy & standard, blankets are too heavy, room service is very poor, short of staff, food quality is not up to the mark and needs to be improved greatly. Friendly and very hospitable. It's much more like a homestay than termed as a hotel.

This hotel is closed to Nishat and Shalimar garden.I stayed there for 12 days. Very good hotel for budget friendly travellers. Food is tasty, their etiquette and demeanour is outstanding. I would recommend highly.
