I and my grandson Erik and son-in-law Jonas visited Mumbai i February 2023. My daughter Jana was born there but sadly died recently. Pranav, and his Grand Mumbai Tours, helped us to a really private and personal memory tour of our Jana's birthplace. Everything was perfectly organised, and Pranav is such a nice and knowledgeable young man.

We were fortunate to find Pranav and Grand Mumbai Tours on Trip Advisor. Pranav is a very knowledgeable guide who is eager to convey historic, cultural, and political information about Mumbai and India. His depth of knowledge is impressive. If you ask about a building, for example, his typical response is to relate when it was built, by whom, what it is used for, and any noteworthy events in its history. We did two six hour tours and felt that we saw an incredible amount of Mumbai. Though my wife has mobility issues and uses a rolling walker (rollator) Pranav was able to design itineraries that were doable for her. We had lunches both days in local restaurants (we were the only non-Indians in each) with memorable food. Pranav is really a nice guy with a good sense of humor. Our driver was quite skilled in the chaotic (but organized) traffic. We felt very fortunate to have both of their services.

We arrived at our hotel at 2am Tuesday morning and set off to the tour at 8:15 am to meet Pranav on 9 am tour. It didn't disappoint! A great way to start our India experience. In addition to his excellent English commend, Pranav is knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. We visited all the sights on our list with a comfortable chauffeured SUV with adequate air conditioning. First time in India for me, it is not an easy place to navigate, and having a guide is very valuable, especially for the first days. Pranav also helped us with suggestions for sights to see, museums, restaurants... everything we tried were great (even street food!!). He also recommended a great SIM card which was INR 300 for 10 Days and provide 1.4G data per day! Amazing! We highly recommend Grang Mumbai Tours.

We booked our Mumbai Cultural tour and tour guide Pranav based on trip advisor reviews and we are so glad we did. His communications prior to our arrival gave us a valuable insight into what to expect on the tours. We were on a cruise and as such were heavily reliant on the reputation and reliability of our tour guide. Pranav met us at the port gate along with an air conditioned minibus that was used to ferry us about Mumbai. He also supplied a free wifi hotspot which was utilised by all 5 of the couples on the tour. Pranavs love for his country and culture really came across during our tours and his friendly nature made us all feel really at ease. The tours themselves were extremely informative and he always got us to the best spots at the right times to beat the crowds. Included in our tours were an excellent lunch on the first day and a traditional vegetarian breakfast on the second day which were both of really good quality. I would say our highlights were meeting the children at the laundry, the visit to the Hare Krishna Temple for the morning dance ceremony, the lunch box delivery guys and the visit to the flower market. I must also comment on how friendly the people of Mumbai were whenever we spoke to them. Another good thing about the tours is that we were never taken to any places for a hard sell of goods that we frequently get on other tours. This cruise took us to various ports and I have got to say Pranav was by far and away the best guide we had. I would thoroughly recommend Pranav as a tour guide for what we reckon is the best introduction to Mumbai that a tourist could receive.
