Stayed for 2 nights with family. The location is good. They have a cosy swimming pool and a good library. Staff were extremely warm and helpful. Had an excellent stay and the breakfast spread was one on the best I have seen anywhere! The reception staff including Laxmi, Vikas, Anita were welcoming and very helpful and made our stay memorable. Looking forward to visit again

A shot comfortable work stay for 3 days at the Grand Mercure. The hotel is gorgeous, good amenities. The staff was pretty helpful. The food at La Utsav was also great. They have a beautiful library as well!!

The hotel is just fabulous. Right from the check-in you get this vibe of customer centrism. The staff (valet, security, reception, housekeeping, restaurant) is so humble and courteous that it makes you feel they are giving 100% so that their guests have a comfortable stay. Rooms are as clean as sky and are spacious enough. The welcome sweets and fruits are amazing. The view of the city is exquisite and waking up to it makes you feel like the king. The hotel lobby and lifts are very fast. The buffet as a vast collection from English to South Indian to Punjabi. The breakfast buffet staff is humble on another level. Their smiles used to make my day. Check in took hardly 5 mins and check out (with mini bar bill, laundry bill and IRD Bills) took 5 mins max. The swimming pool is amazing with very clean water. Pool side service is also very good. The reception guy Harsh helped me with the city's famous places and invited me for a stay next time. All in all, please consider if planning to pamper and treat yourself and family. Thank you. Everything, it was my special day with my girl and when we told the hotel staff about it, they welcomed us so warmly and remembered to wish us the next day morning. They used to arrange special sitting for us at the Breakfast table. Plus they are more than accommodating for any special requests.

Amazing experience for a first time visit to a new city Bangalore. Got amazing upgrade from hotel staff and the hospitality was top notch. It wouldn't be wrong to say the best thing during my 5 day trip was Grand Mercure Hotel followed by Bannerghatta Safari experience.

Service is excellent. Sidharta from checkout is courteous. Please pick room on the 8th floor.Reception from the start till end was top notch . Will definately recommend this hotel to others. Room were well maintained and spacious. Also food was nice

I had great experience and can easily say this is one of the best hotels in Bangalore. Food and hospitality is excellent and I do recommend for sure. Front desk staff Salman and Laxmi have taken great care and need extra mention.
