I have visited this hotel on one of my trips. I had a awesome experience. Cleanly maintained, classy ambience, wonderful service and awesome hospitable staff. This is a must visit.You will love this place and crave to visit more once you are there. It's located in a well established locality and you will find many visiting attractions around near by. You can go for a stroll and see them too. Easy to book and easy chekin friendly staff.
Very bad experience observed at functions attended on dated 27th November 2023 as daal makhni was very sour. When party complaint to manager, his behavior was very bad, he shows his irresponsibility . Rather he used to mis behave with the party. We attend the function and now we have lost faith in service of this Hotel.
I had my engagement function here and it was a really very bad experience. Their staff was really very irritating and didn't know how to behave with the customers. Their washrooms were also not clean and they promised us to give us two rooms and give us only one. After asking many times, they arranged a room but after 2 hours of waiting The food was good but the decoration and stage were OK. They did not perform as promised.
I had visited this place on 25th September. It was a small function of may be around 80 pax. Snacks served were tasteless, bullets were cold and even after complaining they didn't bother. Two snacks (spring roll and cheese corn roll) were getting served in the same serving bowl. May be they are short of serving bowls. Waiters were just roaming and looking here and there without any intention to serve. On that day there was just one function then also the cook and staff didn't performed well. I had visited earlier also to this place, but this time it was the worst experience.
I had a very bad experience with the staff at front desk. They are unable to provide my restaurant's food bill to me. The lady who sat on front desk was very rude. Also I will give this feedback to my organisation & Yatra
disgusting behaviour by receptionist I recently visited the hotel had very bad experience with my family by the staff specially from the women at reception misbehaved with my senior citizen mother she talked rudely and abused with us and my mother even the room bathroom has leakage after even informing staff they were not able to fix on time life was not working and there food quality was very poor its my second visit to the hotel everytime i faced same issue and misbehaving by staff with my family
Bad experience.. actually i forgot my pant shirt in almirah nobody bothered to call us nd when we called to enquire the same they said we didn't have...it means staff is not honest
