It was very good experience. From check in to checkout. Not very fancy or luxurious. Best thing was the staff, well behaved.. smiling (not overdoing it..). Food is good. Call chef Ajmal if you want anything special.

The room was so beautiful and loved the special little gestures that made it even more delightful ... The spread at the breakfast and dinner was so well balanced and tasty ... Food and quality of the food is out standing, waitres reciving is also excellent, Especially the waitress sumithra who served our table was received us very Good, I recommend every one to , stay and have lunch especially on Sundays here.
Stayed here for 3 nights and what an amazing experience it was! The staff is just lovely and so helpful! They made sure we were taken care of throughout and went out of their way for a surprise birthday I had planned. Food was fantastic every single day, rooms were very clean and comfortable, spa was top notch, service was excellent! Special mention to: Kumaresan, Chef Ajmat, Sathya Kumari, Sumithra, Sunitha , Velu murugan, Bipin, Tamil, Rajesh, Chef Kumar, Chef Sourabh. Apologies if I have missed anybody. Thank you once again, for such a lovely time team! All you guys were absolutely fabulous!
The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet; the food was fresh, plentiful and delicious; and the service was excellent making our stay memorable. I appreciated the small touches such as fresh cookies in the room and the complimentary hot chocolate at night as well as the free foot spa.
We received VIP treatment right from security till reception. The staff we interacted with, have been very polite and helpful. The room (401) took us back to our fond memories of "Holiday Inn" in Los Angeles, U.S. Mr Ali and other lady staff at the reception have been most helpful and efficient. Never expected this kind of great hotel with utmost hospitality in Kakinada. I wonder why it was not named " Grand Kakinada International - by GRT Hotels" by the management. Our thanks to each and everyone.

Fantastic place.. staff are outstanding food is exceptional.. pool area is very good, nicegym.area is close to shops and local parks..bar is a little pricey but considering its 5 * hotel its not too bad. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
