The scuba diving in goa takes place here. All the agents will bring customers via boats from around goa to here .. the boat journey was awesome. Scuba diving was not up to the mark as they won't let you go beyond 8 feet . They just dip you in water and take the video. But don't panic in the water and try to follow the instructions or else u will miss the Little fun. Later they will leave u in the water with a life jacket for play time. From here they will take you to a nearby beach for water activities.
It's a beautiful place if you book a scuba package you can visit this place. Scuba diving done here

A day well spent with an amazing experience. Did all types of water activities like couple scuba diving, swimming, parasailing, jet skiing, banana ride and bumper ride. Enjoyed a lot. * A boat will take 50-60 people from one location to Grand Island, which will take at least 40 mins.*
People usually visit grand island to explore water sports like para sailing, speed boat, banana ride , bumper ride, scuba diving,etc . Its usually crowded during weekends but a good place to cover most of the water activities and spend the day with friends.
Peoples will offer you watersports combo in goa which includes Banana ride, jet skis, parasailing, bumper ride, speed boat ride and scuba diving. It will cost you around Rs.1700-1800 but all the rides and activities are for less than a minute.
