A very good neat and clean hotel with average service and hygienic food. Though the taste is not that great but quality of food is good. Linen is clean rooms are big and full marks to hotel overall.
The best hotel in the city, if you have any family or business event, then do it in Grand Inn Hotel.Friendly staff, good arrangement and good atmosphere.There is a very good team of employees. Very good hotel. Location is also very good. Located at the hanumangarh rawatsar road. Hotel management is also very good. Food quality is good but price was some extra ( too costly) . Hotel room service was also very good. Hotel room view in the evening is so priceless. Hotel table. Chair. Was so farnished. If u Order giving in advance then ok other wise process is too slow. Hotel memu us available at the mobile chrome u decide what u want and then ordered. U enjoy ur meal with great view. With family friends relatives ect.
Starters are Good But we are here for main course and it was pathetic Seriously guys didn't expected it Plz improve ur service , Papad we received after 90 minutes of order Waiter was polite although Taste of food is not good Cleanliness is good , ambience good #badfood #tastewasbad #food
It was a very good location with a comfortable room, I stayed here with my two team members. Service is nice along with the kind behavior.
The service is getting poor with increasing popularity. It took 1 hr to serve the food when I went with my family. On another occassion, I ordered ordered some food along with rice for 3 people worth 600 ruppees via swiggy. The quantity of steamed rice was not even sufficient for 1 person. For 200 rupees they are giving a small bowl of rice. Edit: This is the response of the reply from the Grand-Inn Team: Why it is hard to believe? What does it had to do with your 8 years experience? You are saying it never happened in your 8 years of career?
Rooms are good and food quality is also very nice
Hotel catering and taste of veg are good but parking problem is there. If you park your vehicle early evening hour then you could face a problem.
