Room are neat, clean and spacious. Location wise it's little bit tough to search for outsiders. Food was pretty good. Good thing is that this place is near to the Bengaluru Railway Station and the majestic bus stand. Point to note the buffet breakfast is for an hour only so you need to get that as soon as possible. We came for a team outing here and enjoyed our stay here. Parking is also good here. Overall a decent place on a good budget.

Neat clean rooms. Courteous Staff. Ideal for 1-2 days stay especially if you have business in and around Race Course, Vidhan Soudha etc . Easy access to major transportation centres. Ambience can be better.

Beautiful rooms , kept neat and clean , quite enough basement parking space. Staff speaks Hindi English and kanada and quite understanding and helpful . Free wifi access is available but network was very weak . Room service is quite in time. White Lenin bed sheets and blanket were clean. White towels available soap and shampoo was also available.

Close to prime locality. Rooms are clean and tidy. Food from restaurant is also of good quality. Hotel service need improvement, certain things which is expected as standard from a 3 star hotel will get done only on request, like keeping water in the room.. or changing bed spreads.

The worst place to visit. The rest rooms are not kept very clean and also don't have enough soap or tissue papers to be used, in fact the toilet doesn't have seat also. The water taps are not functioning properly. The food is too oily. The rooms are not properly cleaned. The service also is the worst, for example, we were having conference, and the teas and snacks took more than 1 hour even after reminding multiple times.

Booked the banquet hall for an event for 3 hours. The hall is quite spacious for a gathering of 300-450 with ample of space in the front side and windows for a beautiful view around. The management committee has some issues sometimes with booking as booking 2 events at same time.

1. Hotel is near to Majestic and city center. 2. Rooms are fairly clean. 3. They provide complimentary breakfast which has some variety. 4. The room fare (2400) shown is exorbitant as compared to the rooms. But if booked through MMT then you may get the rooms for 1000 to 1400.

Rooms are not clean and dusty too I asked the waiter to bring some room spray but he didnt bought . Rest bathroom is so outdated because they had provided bath tub and the nozel was left open means you cant store the water and relax in such a bath tub you will get only hand shower to take bath because normal shower was jam. Bad expeience with hotel grand inn.
