Ample car parking facilities for visitors & customers. Great customer relationships and follow up was the highlight. I totally enjoyed the deal. If you want to drop your car for service you should call & get appointment first . Because it's very busy service center in palakkad district . I just got appointments today & visited to drop my car for service & insurance claim . Very friendly service team & they collected our details & update all the information in a professional way . They make very easy & smooth process for all the documentation . Waiting for the service & after that will review again about the service experience .

I booked & took delivery of Hyundai Exter SX from this showroom. Staffs are very supportive & helped with the smooth transaction.

Worst service centre. The people are highly incompetent. They will simply add unwanted parts to your bill and reach their targets. Be prepared to shout at them if you want your vehicle delivered properly at nominal rates. Attaching a few pics of the serviced car obtained. The front door was not closing properly. There was water logging beneath the spare wheel. All carpets were wet and drenched leading to fowl smell inside cabin. The front grill was strapped with white tape to prevent the grill from falling down. This is my experience. But there are a lot of people with similar bad experiences. In short if you are buying a new car it is a great place providing wonderful ambience to lure new customers. But once you get into after sales service it is a nightmare.

Worst service provider. If you purchase a vehicle from this showroom first you take a agreement from them.. They are selling new cars which are run more than 250km run. And i have a experience of the same thing
