Grand Goa Exotica - Hotel in Bardez, Guirim - North Goa, India

Beware with the room key while leaving, give it in hand. Otherwise they will ask for 700 Rs money... They hided the key and asked for money, next day my one friend verified same key available there. They didn't change lock. But they took money. In my case they hide it and ask for money....

The overall experience at this hotel was good. Everyone from the staff Atharva, Neha were helpful. We did have a slight scare from a cab driver initially, but that is all on the behavior of the person. The breakfast is simple and not too jazzy, as we get in Goa, however the breakfast taste is awesome. Simple homely breakfast with one south-indian dish, a Marathi dish and a good chai! The rooms are simple and decent enough, everyone in the staff, are local but very efficient in their own way. They have a nice pool, in case you wish to relax in the pool and stay away from the hustle bustle. The property is located in a quiet suburb of Bardez, and very close to Mapusa, Baga, Anjuna & Calangute. My recommendation is a 3*+ for this property, as they are willing to take your feedback and improve at their best. Would love to visit again and stay at the property. No issues with the staying and only consider is they are charing 5 percent as tax on food and it has invalid GST

Me, my family & friends had the best stay at Grand Goa Exotica. I really appreciate of how accomdating and extremely helpful the staff were during our 15days stay especially Neha- hotel manager, who took care of every little detail. The pool water was kept clean everyday, staff were kind and attentive at service. I really thank them for their hospitality during our stay and the team for guiding ideas of how and where to get certain things since we were not familiar with the location. Thanks for all the beautiful memories!! Grand Goa Exotica is highly recommended for a budget friendly and comfortable experience.

Totally attractive lodge ever I love it and important don't miss breakfast in this lodge wow what a alu parata

It's a very simple hotel accomodation, has a decent swimming pool. No rush around and quiet and calm. The food is simple and hygienic. The breakfast is nice, typical Indian stuff, no jazzy stuff. Adarsh at their front desk is very helpful.

This hotel was disappointing on so many levels. It is located in a somewhat rural area and there aren't any good shops near it. The rooms were really basic and bland. They were clean, but nothing too posh. The room that I stayed in had a malfunctioning AC and they didn't properly resolve the issue, but since it was only a one-night stay for me, I let it slide. The only positive about the rooms is that they were pretty spacious. The single pool was another disappointment. It was average in size but looked really old and poorly maintained. Some of the tiles around the pool were coming loose and I even cut my toe there. It is located on this really narrow street, so consider that if you have a larger vehicle or are coming by bus. TLDR; Rooms are old-fashioned but spacious. The pool is not well maintained. The location is a little too rural(This could be an advantage to some). So, If you have the budget, I would recommend you look for a better place.

The rooms was dirty and completely filled with black ants all over the room . There is basically no room service which involves cleaning the room such as bed sheets, pillow cases etc. To get any service to the room, they would take ages . The pool was dirty and the breakfast was horrible . Because it was a wedding , enjoyed with the family members around . I would never lodge there ever .
