We stayed here for a night, the booking and room allocation was very smooth. They have got a good parking space and location is very accessible from the main road. Room and bathroom were clean and hygienic however there are some wear and tear in a few corners which can be taken care of. Room was spacious though. Couldn't try the food but the dining area seems to be decent and well lit

It was good, room was good and spacious. Got a suit in a deal for half it's price. Good one the ony thing that was lacking was cleaning toilet seat. And the service was good overall however there was no bell boy to take your luggage. And if the security was on break you need to open the doors yourself with the luggage in hand so plan accordingly (pun intended). Overall good experience. Recommended for business travelers.

We love the food (Quality, Taste and Menu) and the hospitality. We usually visit to dine and find the staff at the buffet really kind and helpful. Tanaji is very polite and attends everyone well. Tanaji really knows how to take care of the guests. He was really quick to help my mother as she was feeling little weak. Thank you so much

The valet crashed my brand new car. The management were pretty chill about it, and did not react at all. I do not recommend you to book or use the hotel or any kind of services offered by the hotel. Very uneducated, unqualified and poor in terms of Customer service and satisfaction.

I booked deluxe executive room and it was at the 7th floor. The rooms cleanliness may be improved, however overall maintenance is good. The staffs are coordial, namely, Prasad at the restaurant. Food quality is nice, however they charge a service charge amount which was expensive and not justified. The complementary breakfast was upto the mark and there were many vej/non vej options. Overall stay was good.

Its a 3 star hotel with 2 star cleaning status. I reached into my room at a late hour and when i moved the duvet to crash on the bed, i saw human hair all over the white bedsheet and on the duvet. i had to call the housekeeping to come and clean, they did come and changed the bedsheet and duvet cover but the bad experience of a tired mind stayed on my mind. There was no luggage rack available in my room, on asking for same i was informed that they do not have any available. Very dirty curtains in the room. I am glad that my stay was extremely short and i have an option available for NOT staying in this property again. My review will be incomplete if I will not mention the quality of the food and the service at the restaurant! Food was okay but they should really take off chinese from their menu list as the chef doesn't know how to cook chinese dishes, we were a team of 7 people and received soggy honey chilli potatoes. Our veg platter options were changed without even informing us. Services at the restaurant and reception is very slow and just to provide our already settled bills, we were made to wait for more than 30mins! In summary, a bad experience and i will not stay here again!

Minus one star for negatives Would like to give 4.5 during next visit if improvements are done.

It's a decent Hotel to stay. It's really very neat and clean. But they have minimised the lights in room. May be to save electricity. But over all good.
