We visited this place with my entire family and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were really kind and helpful. The food at the hotel is very tasty. Their rooms are very cozy and comfortable.

Ambiance was good. Nice place to hangout with family and friends location was also good as it is at just main road. Little bit costly according to taste of food and service as it was slow. It is good for kitty party, birthday party and for other functions like engagement or marriage. As they have separate halls for big functions.
There not even a proper apology after what they have done. I never ate non veg in my whole life. They have to respect peoples sentiments. I dont understand while giving bill how come they don't messup. Suing them is only way for them to not repeat mistake again.

We had arranged a retirement party here. The main course was good but the starters were extremely salty. The staff, specially the manager was very uncooperative. We had requested for a simple balloon decoration (only "happy retirement" balloon which we provided)....he said they will not be able to inflate and put it up! The hall was supposed to be airconditioned but instead they used humidification fans. Guests (and the hotel staff themselves) were perspiring like anything. All in all not a pleasant experience and will not suggest this hotel to anyone.
A good place to hangout with friends and family. The food and ambience won't disappoint you but we had to wait for 10 mins for the waiters to show up even though we were the only one in the restaurant. Other than that, the bar is absolutely beautiful.
One of the worst hotels I have come across. Don't ever think of booking this venue for wedding/reception as they serve tasteless stale food to guests. They charge money as per their planned package however they don't serve the selected items chosen by clients. We regret booking this place for our wedding reception.
