I had booked online being impressed by photographs on site but had very horrible experience due to operative staff's most uncourteous approach and attitude towards online booking customers . The front desk officials were rude and most unprofessional. I seriously repent having booked . It was quite disgusting and bitter experience of my carrier of over 54 years. Sorry!

I left my ear pod at Hotel and hotel people are denying straight way. How is this possible. Above is two days back review.. Today I got a call from Mr. Ashif, They found it. I would like to thank all staff and management. This is what I min expected from Grand Continental as this is renowned hotel of Prayagraj.

I stayed here for a couple of days for a wedding; The rooms are big and luxurious. Nice ambience and looks grand with all the setup. Staff is courteous with prompt service. They have a good restaurant, we had complimentary breakfast and the options where enough. One of our functions was pool-side, which is really nice, with a proper DJ setup; The parking is small, but that is taken care by the valet service. Overall I liked the hotel, Me and my family enjoyed our stay.

Good pool, service and amazing food. We checked in around 1045am. Although breakfast was over and lunch was being prepared, we were given idli and sandwiches to eat comfortably.

Rooms were quite spacious and had all the basic amenities. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Located in Civil lines on the main road and has sufficient car parking space. It has a gym and a swimming pool as well. Overall I had a pleasant experience.

Pros: 1) Location: location is very good, on the main road, convenient to locate, easy to find e-rickshaw /auto jst at the gate. In front of PVR and many other good outlets. 2) Parking: adequate parking space available. 3) Swimming Pool: a small swimming pool is there. I saw it getting cleaned in the morning. But as I didn't get into it, can't say how good it was for swimming purposes. For Photographry, it was good. Cons: 1) Old property: it's a visible old property, which has not adequately upgraded with times. 2) cost unfriendly: pricey for the services available. Mineral water bottles requested cost me additional Rs 49 as room service charge!..I should have rather gone out and bought it myself! Overall, a decent old property if you catch a good deal.
