Grand Choice Stay - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

We booked the Deluxe room directly via their website for Rs810 for one night. Beware of the photos, the room looks nothing like it. It's tiny, literally the size of the bed plus a tiny attached washroom. It was not clean, there were black ants in the room that even bit us on the bed. I'm giving an extra star just for the politeness of the staff. We told them to clean the room, and they swept the floor. Either book an AC bigger room or find a better place. Don't book the Deluxe room. The location is great, many eateries, bus stop nearby. The area is filled with lodges. We personally didn't find our money's worth and didn't have a Good experience. You shouldn't have to ask for the room to be cleaned in the first place. There was no study desk either, a lot of things that were promised were not there. Proper case of it looked better in the photo vs reality.

But they won't adjust for 1hrs also they say to pay for 1k for 1hr I won't suggest this.. Had good time here after arguing, But I won't recommend.......!!!or suggest this...

Not providing room service facility.. When we ask for extra bed kyuki hamari relative b sath m rukne aayie the...toh they just provide us a set of gadda... Or charges the 300rs. Per day..

Really it is a best hotel to stay in low price. i stayed here for 4 days it was good and worth to stay. staff behaviour is really very very nice and polite, they came to you within minutes on single call at any time. my room had little odour of moisture but the staff spray the Room freshener. every day staff came to clean the room and changes bedsheet too on request. room size is just about a queen size bed but for single or couple it is quite good. i was living as my home here. Thanks to Good Staff of Grand Choice.

Budget friendly hotel on the prime location of hosur road. Hotel is just located 100 meters from the main road surrounded by many restaurants and travelling services. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They have hot water facility in the room and water is literary boiling hot . At first i thought it might be warm water usual like other hotels but this hot . Friendly staff.

Initially, my experience was good in this hotel. All staff was behaving well and good. BUT the real twist came when I checked out the hotel...I booked room in this hotel for two days for two people as I checked-in after few minutes the fan stopped working but soon they shifted us in next room which was having the same arrangement except there was AIR CONDITIONING in the new one. They told us nothing about extra charge, we also believed they shifted us because of their mistake. But at the time of checkout he demanded extra money and was very reluctant when we asked for some reduction in extra pay.

If you are visiting that place for treatment purpose, they will suddenly increase the rate of room depending on the condition of your patient. The rooms are very small without ventilation, so people can die in suffocation .Some type of insects will welcome you at night & they will never clean your room. No foods are available nearby, so you have to depend on swiggy . Please avoid this place everyone. Eligible for negative rating.
