11jun23 Booked this hotel thru MakeMyTrip in urgency and was not disappointed. Had to stay here for 7-8 hrs. Facility is good, clean, courteous staff. They had a mini thali @ Rs 200 approx. which was great. Paneer, mixed veg, daal, raita, salad, 3 aata tandoori roti, rice. Very flexible rules. The staff bought cigarettes for me. Food from Zomato was delivered in room by the staff. Room is small but adequate. It is next to ISBT and the honking etc was disturbing. The tap near commode seat was very close and was creating inconvenience while sitting. There was some electricity issue in the evening and staff was found working on it

I have been there for two days and one night the stay is very comfortable and the accommodation is very comfortable and nice parking places along with good taking care staff

location is next to isbt. staff was good and well educated. food is tasty. variety of breakfast is good. rooms are spacious, neat and clean. new property and maintained well. overall nice experience and recommended nice location, next to isbt and near to rani kamlapati railway station. problem is that hotel is little bit inside the main road and from main road to hotel there is no street lights. maybe the new area and property so soon they will get street lights from government

Nice Hotel. Good service and Food

Very good location. Service was average. Food is excellent specially breakfast. However grand executive suit room is not upto the mark since there is no view and no window. But executive room was spacious and excellent with wide view outside.

The rooms are really good considering the size,cleanliness and comfort.Personally liked the room's huge window.The food is okayish but service is really good.Had my formal clothes ironed there.Hot water is available 24x7 but the wifi was not working.The staff behaviour is good.Location is nearby ISBT. Safe experience and good staff behaviour.
