Rooms are nice , bedding is comfortable, neat and clean washrooms and the best part is homely feeling . Beach is 5mins walking distance

Booked through AirBNB, stayed for 4 nights. Basic amenities such as purified water, fridge, etc. were provided. 24 hour running water and electricity. Air conditioners were working perfectly. Although, the bedsheets & mattresses provided weren't clean enough, felt really old and had a weird odour. The beds were spacious enough. The location is quite good, and the owner is a nice person.

We booked a room in Gracia's Laz Guest House for 5 nights over Christmas, however two weeks before our check in date, Ganesh contacted us and said he no longer had any availability and that he was moving us to Duke's Villa for the same dates and price. Duke's Villa is quiet and out of the way, near Miramar beach, about a 30 minute walk to the actual city of Panjim, though it was easy enough to get to by bus. Right after we checked in and paid, we were shown the room. As we were putting our bags down, we received a knock on the door and the caretaker told us we hadn't given him enough money. We had both counted it out on arrival and we're pretty sure it was all there, but he refused to leave until we gave him another Rs500, so watch out for this and don't make the same mistake of not getting a receipt. The room itself was very basic, it was quite stuffy and there was mold on the roof. Both the fan and air-conditioner were VERY loud, and the sounds of the air-conditioners could be heard all through the place. The double bed was just two very old, hard single beds pushed together, one of which was warped. The bathroom was very, very hot and the windows wouldn't close meaning mosquitoes got in and though the shower pressure was good, the water cut in and out and was cold most of the time. The staff were generally unfriendly and it didn't feel very welcoming. I suppose over Christmas in somewhere like Panjim, it's difficult to find decent budget accommodation. If you're OK with basic, this isn't a bad place, but it probably wasn't worth what we paid, and we felt uncomfortable for the length of our stay.

Worse house. Please don't go as per photographs shown online. misguided by photos. Very large difference between online photos and real house. No view from rooms. Inside room feels like you are in godown. Not worth staying in gracias lez guest House (Really do not know why it's called guest house) may be God knows. Better try hotel Goa international just few metres away from gracias laz resort. Worth staying. Value for money.

place is very quiet and away from busty streets.. it is near to Miramar beach and casinos in panaji.. but it is not well maintained.. bathrooms are not clean.. bedsheets were not replaced.. and it was stinky.. it is good budget stay in panaji if cleanliness is maintained...

Very helpful hosts, always asked if we need something. They even fixed the A/C (not sure if it was actually broken, but something 2 wrong - maybe we were :-D). Got an extra mattress and free water! Finally they ordered a taxi to the bus station for us and carried our bags

Had a comfortable and nice stay ...felt like at home .Hospitality by Sarod was good. situated at cool n calm area ,away from rush .
