We enjoyed are stay at this place, mostly because the staff is very helpful and courteous. Location is excellent closer to beach and bus stand(which is a +point). Rooms are well maintained and food is something that every guest should try.
High handed behavior from staff. They prefer foreign customers. Guests are not allowed into rooms.
Rude staff behaviour! TV was not working in the room and was fixed only after multiple follow-ups. Not worth for the price we pay!

It was an excellent stay at Graciano Cottages. The room was excellent and we got a free upgrade. The service was good, food was very tasty and affordable. The colva beach is just 200 metres from the hotel. A wonderful experience.
Don't ever go to this place looking for a breakfast even though they put up signboards inviting you. They will take more than half an hour to come back & tell you, 'sorry we have run out of eggs.' Seriously disappointing in a tourist place. We want to give you business but you are not interested. How shameful is that
Great rooms in budget and humble staff. Their restaurant has variety of food options and the taste is also very good. If you plan to eat here place a order in advance as they take some time in serving food.
It was a good stay at Graciano Cottages. Room & washroom was clean and well decorated. Food available at the Hotel Restaurant. Limited Parking place also available. Staff are gentle and nice.
