Disgusted with the way they handled customers recently. I have been purchasing here for the past 10-15 years and today i am thrown out of the shop because i cannot take my bag inside. To the owner who came up with this new rule- If you are seeing this , if you can't believe in your own customer , how do you expect them to believe you? I had valuable items inside the bag which i will not be able to give to anyone in the shop. Will the shop eventually ask ladies to keep their handbag outside as well ? Be sensitive to what a customer wants. Ask your managers to make decisions based on the situation. Just fyi, you are losing a customer who purchases for more than a lakh in a given year from your shop. Senseless rules and zero customer centricity.
Many things available in this shop, like mini Saravana store. But it is costly ony MRP price no discount.
In-store experience was good staffs are always there trying to help get you what you need Home-delivery WORST TIME MANAGEMENT they have 3 slots available and no matter what slots you choose they will never deliver it on time like it's mentioned have to call them up and remind them and after an hour later they bring it! Ordered 2 times and both the times I have never received it between the time slot they said they would had to call them and tell them to send my order!!!
I visited porur branch. It is neat and arranged well. Complex to vehicle parking.
Horrible customer service. Made me stand in queue for 10 minutes and went about serving others who came after me. When I left without purchasing, no one bothered to apologize or call me back.
Everytime I go to grace supermarket porur , the cash counters are always empty and there is no cashier in the counter. The workers make people wait for minutes just to put the bill . And the workers there just stand idle and don't do any job ,they just stand quietly and gossip. I am really not satisfied with the service if the workers. Action needs to be taken ASAP

Very neat supermarket which is something that we don't get to see in a lot of stores in Chennai. The staff is indeed helpful and kind. The vegetables are decent and less options available. Hence I get my vegetables and fruits from other stores.
