Trainers are good. Equipment is very basic and old and don't have good grips. They do Breakdown now and then. Many Dumbbells also don't have grips. Ventilation is not good in the open area. Bathroom and changing room stink quite a bit. Fans also don't work sometimes and might not be repaired immediately. This is a small gym and space is at a premium. Don't expect anything fancy or state of the art here. If you are keen to goto an affordable gym and save some Money then this is a good option in the area.
It's an awesome place to work out. The machines are in good condition. The manager is friendly and helps and guides all the time. He suggests good variation in routines and also conducts specific work-outs like functional training, circuit training, abs work out etc throughout the month.
One of the best fitness center with additional add-on's like AB's workout, Circuit training provided by trainers. Thanking my trainer Amit for all his efforts towards us. Come on n get toned to a nice shape!!!
