Receptionist is too arrogant and worst behaviour... I had treatment for 6 to 8 weeks and spent more than 20000 during that time in same hospital. When I ask for doctor certificate, doctor written and given for seal but receptionist are demanding 500 rs for certificate. I am ready to pay but she is not ready to provide receipt for the same. Not sure doctor aware of this or these receptionist are looting this money. Hospital management needs to take responsibility for these types of issues as many of my known people are complaining about that one lady in reception.... Even Small clinics are giving doctor certificate without money and hospital like this are demanding for money even if we spend thousands...
Doctor shouldnot be rude . Consulted lady doctor to treat fever. Prescribed medicine and asked to visit next day. Next day she didn't check the patient instead was very rude and yelling at us for buying medicines from their hospital and send us back.
I had my shoulder surgery there and it was the best post treatment any patient could get. The nurses were helpful and the doctors were very supportive at their own personal level would visit me and check my progress every day. I will recommend this hospital to anyone who wants to go there for their orthopedic/ arthroscopic procedures.
Worst behaviour in reception and they didn't give proper response. Receptionists are very worst. They don't give any respect. I never saw this much of attitude in any hospitals.
Got treated there for knee and arm pain. The treatment was excellent and i recovered fast. The treating doctors were expert in thier fields and were very much understanding. All facilities in the hospital and nice at a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend this hospital to all my friends and relatives as one of the finest in coimbatore.
Doctor was polite and the treatment/consultation was good . It took 5 minutes to meet the doctor and he prescribed some medicines. But , almost an hour was wasted just for paying the money and get the medicines from the pharmacy. Not sure why the bill payment and delivery of medicines is taking so much time .
I would say Dr.Elangovan is one of the leading and experienced orthopedic surgeon in coimbatore. One of my family member got admitted in this hospital and operated for lower limb fracture. He is completely recovered now and back to normal routine life. Thanks to Dr.Elangovan sir,staffs and nurses for the hospitality and kindness they have shown throughout the stay in hospital.
It was a very good experience, my mom was admitted here for ortho issue. The chief Dr Elangovan took care very nicely n treated her well. The nurses n staffs were so kind.
