Really bad opinion now. We have been going to Gowrisa for quite some time thinking this was a good eye hospital. My mother-in-law has been complaining of blurry vision for quite some time. We obviously went to Gowrisa. The doctor did checkups and scans and prescribed eye drops and even change of her power glasses. This has been going on for more than an year now and we last visited this place last month. Again, two weeks back, she mentioned her vision is worsening and not everything appears normal. We took her to another doctor in Vaikom. The new doctor said she has cataract eyes and we were dumbstruck. All this while, we went to Gowrisa thinking they are the best in Vaikom, but how can they simply not diagnose something as serious and evident as cataract. What scans and checkups have they been doing on her?!
