Govt Taluk Headquarters Hospital Parassala - General hospital in Parassala - Thiruvananthapuram, India

One of worst experience in taluk hospital parassala, I still didn't know what is meaning of token they are giving, my grandmother token no:1 for seeing eye specialist doctor, but still waited 3 hrs to see the doctors, we ask them why it was late they told u should wait and they are sending without token number other patients, plz don't repeat it again, first fulfill the patient needs. and take care patients ,the people are coming to government see the doctor for treatment not for entertainment, if you are giving the token, plz use it properly, and mainly speak the patient humbly not the harsh way, and clean the wards and op side neatly to prevent infection .

Why some doctors in government hospitals are so rude so much so that you would start hating the government hospital itself? The women doctor who was in duty on 20th Aug 2022 at casuality behaved very badly and that too in an unethical way when i went there for a treatment. I missed out my rabies vaccine because i was in a bed rest for last few weeks due to injury in my head and hand due to an accident and for that reason, they denied my right to get vaccinated as if there is nothing else they can do and the attitude was like as if my death/complications of rabies infection(if happens) won't matter to them. Does these people ever think about the mentality of a patient when they treated like this? This is our tax paying money which afford their salary. Is this because they can get monthly salary regardless of whatever service they provide?

Good government hospital in this area... Nice location and atmosphere... Located as a NH road... Very easy to come this hospital to surrounding peoples... But there is don't have a bed for OP patients... Two patients are take a treatments in one bed and the OP ward nurse is very rude behavior for the patient's...

Most famous government hospital in this area. I know this hospital since my childhood... It is price worthly... here is an emergency department, Ambulance service and more. Better than private hospital.

On Tuesday visited here to consulting surgeon. We had met the superintendent of the hospital Dr. Unnikrishnan, who has various awards of the government, treated us very friendly and given us a V. I. P treatment on behalf of him. The surgeon Dr. Rajeev personally attended and done the minor operations in my wounded leg. Slight improvement requires the other staff of the hospital losses their five Star gradation.

Date 12/04/2022 Itsss too Hard to accept that how a Doctor cannot be a professional to their patients.... feeling heartbroken and unprofessional...Miss.Renuka Was very unethical in terms of medical ethics.will you believe Shouting and avoiding his patients by a doctor can be done???or may be because of gov hospital???We common people are coming to a govt hospital is nothing to demand or fight bt just because of illeness,we trust doctors in these situations felt very bad to share our experience that Doctor Renuka was treating and behaving very badly to his patients . Kerala Health department kindly look into this types of morons cannot be in a Gov. service.

Nurses has no manners. They are treating patients like animals. Better to be in private hospital than visiting this hospital.
