Govt. T.D. Medical college Alappuzha - Hospital in Vandanam - Alappuzha, India

Over crowded and not much beds are available in wards.toilets are not well maintained.Lot of stray dogs inside the compound.not enough wheel chair, trolley are available in wards. lifts are under maintenance most of the time, and it makes difficult for taking patients to another ward or taking them for Scanning or any other activities.

Very nice behaviour from Doctors & other medical workers.Internal of the building & equipments feels like its a private hospital.If you bring your ration card then you will get discount on payment. OPs are available on all days except sunday. Root canal ,cleaning,tooth removal,fitting braces.. are available here.You will get appoint for it & it may extent upto 4-5months that the only issue.

One of the last formed Government Dental College in Kerala. This is a temporary campus as a new big structure is upcoming near to Punnapra with direct access to National Highway 66. This is a BDS institute with an annual intake of 60 students. There are nine departments in this school with Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Senior Residents and House Surgeons to teach and render various treatments.

God forbid you are never poor or that you are healthy that you don't have to get treated in a govt hospital. Because free healthcare means lack of care, dirty toilets , smelly corridors , no compassion and rude behavior . The high patient numbers coming here means that there are no beds available and some sleep down . Totally understaffed with not many doctors and nurses for the scale . It's basically like a self service hotel, you need 2 people to run around everywhere.

The administration should pay more attention to become a patient friendly hospital. Shortage of staff including doctors. Patient care is too late

There is no drinking water availability in this hospital all patients have to purchase from outside, and also lot of mosquitoes in the hospital if anybody going admit hospital defenetely he got dengue and malaria
