Very bad management.... The gym is closed frequently each month for maintenance... Also even though the timings are till 12 in the morning the gym will be closed at 11 or 10:30 ...agar gym kholna nhi toh band kardo
All the basic equipments for cardio and weight training is available. The trainer Govind is very knowledgeable and supportive. Compared with other gyms - no membership/registration and monthly fees is nominal.
It is good DDA GYM given on lease to private, Enough parking space outside, wheelchair entry available, Good landscape outside the GYM, a very friendly trainer is always in there, a lot of equipments, the gym never feels crowded, fee is 1200Rs per month and 3000Rs for 3 months.
This gym has most of the equipments,it's open every day except Sunday. Friendly and helpful people in the gym which is really motivating. Water dispenser and washrooms is also there.
It is no less than a private gym. All the machines are in good condition, the trainer is cooperative. Parking facility is also available.
