The service is not good in this government ENT hospital. 2 years back, a patient preferred tonsils surgery and was stopped due to corona. Now if they bring the same patient, they say that surgery is not necessary.
Improved a lot more than before. Doctors are professional and pay careful attention towards patients. Waiting is there but, only minimum time. Only thing is that the ground or upper ground staff nurses are very rude and un-informative which needs to be rectified. Nurses or support staff are the only minus for the hospital which is the biggest.
Today I had a wonderful experience with Govt ENT hospital Pedawaltair Visakhapatnam. First time visit to a govt hospital. I went there for treatment of my ear. Hardly it took less than 20 minutes. Good doctor. Made investigations given medicines at free of cost. I suggest and recommend for all. Don't waste money and time by visiting private hospitals.
The atmosphere was good...when I went to this hospital for checking covid 19, the volunteer are take care about the patients...
Really I felt good about this hospital because today Wednesday May 17 afternoon 1:30 pm while having lunch with a side dish (fish) the tip of the fish got struck in the throat of my wife.Immediately we came to the ENT Government hospital which is located in waltair and the hospitality provided them is simply superb and doctor fatima and her team really did a nice team work in bringing out tip.
Now a days treatment is bad and bad behavior totally waste hospital. Govt doctors proposed prvt doctor then why are established that hospital

Really I feel good abt this govt hospital becoz today 11 Jan 23 I visited this hospital at 11.50 hrs cause my friend got eye injury unexpectedly, the way they respond to me is mind blowing and also called the next level supirior for his treatment,now he is fine and I don't belive this type of response was still exist in govt hospital. I wish all govt hospital staff should respond like this for patients betterment, heartly Tq somuch all who ever involved in this especially blue dress doc.
