It is situated outside the city which reflects the natural beauty.Not much noise as it is located outside the city. Summer capital of Rewa King. Bank of the Lake situated Govindgarh Palace. Bank of lake road is passing that is connecting to Papra, Jhinna, Mukundpur. Nice and attractive natural look. mangoes of near by this lake is famous for its taste. One of the negative point is that it is not well connected in any airport but Prayagraj Airport airport is not soo far this is near about 150km to Allahabad Airport.
This is a huge lake. One of the many famous tourist spots near Rewa. This is also nearby an old palace (which was under construction at the time of visit/writing review) This lake is very deep at the centre, people around say that it is yet unknown how deep is this thing. Sunset view at it is fascinating. Boating is also available, but due to COVID, it was closed as for now. Otherwise, this was a stunning view to see and worth going... Fo also vist the palace and Khando Temple nearby this place..
