Location is very best as it is situated at the creek. Windy location and ample open space available in the surroundings. The building is old and shall be going under renovation in 2-3 years. Best for investment purpose. Water supply is available 24 hours. Rooms are also bigger due to old construction (less loading).
3rd row seat can be better in alcazar.
The best thing about Govind Sagar Building is the flats are very spacious, their bedroom is almost similar to my flats Hall, cool place to stay, only problem is with accessibility, it's far from station and you need to have your own car or a bike atleast
