No parking, We booked 2 rooms for 27th May, Booked the room before 2 weeks and also asked them we need 2 adjacent rooms. And we called them 2 times to confirm this as we are traveling from Kollam. But when we reached there the receptionist checked the bookings diary and said our rooms are booked only for 28th evening. We reached there very late and it is a Saturday evening and most hotels are almost fill. After raising our voice and yelling at them, atlast they give 2 rooms in different floors and we got satisfied
Worst experience I have ever had. I booked two Ac rooms. Went there with family...We were 5 adults and one child. They have charged 2000 for each room. They gave us two bedrooms on 3rd floor (Room no 306 & 305) Cons; 1. There is no lift facility 2. Not properly cleaned toilets and bedrooms 3. Ac is not working properly (couldn't control temperature) 4. There is no hot water service(it's properly mentioned on the website). They told due to rain solar is not working 5. No wifi available. IT'S AVAILABLE ONLY ON THE GROUND FLOOR.. 6. Room service is very pathetic 7. Dirty Bathroom is the main highlight 8. Fully mosquitoes in the room 9. Fully broken handles of washroom Advice to folks; Better to find out another alternative instead of booking rooms here. If you are going with family. Stay away form this place
Worst experience, we booked 2 a/c room for 8 adults and booking was OK and smooth, but when we reached the hotel they provided us 2 rooms which is small and only for 2 person can sleep on the bed, i asked then about it and they told me we 4 person have to adjust and sleep on that double bed, i told them how 4 people can sleep on a double bed, but they were not willing to accept it and even on one time they told me that they have not received correct message that 8 persons are coming, at last after lots of discussion with them they provided a single extra bed on floor, 2 person slept on that and rest 3 people slept on that double bed, really worst experience in all aspects, not clean, no restaurant, worst room service, words are getting less, nothing more. really worst.
Govind Inn 's name is confusing as there are 2 other posh hotels Govind Suites and Govind Regency nearby. This hotel is okay. Pls remember this an absolutely no frills type hotel. Rooms have basic facilities. No lift. No restaurant. Tip: stay here if you want to be staying close to Guruvayoor temple ( North nada/entrance). Also you may get rooms here if all tye major hotels are booked

We had a one night stay, the rate was reasonable and as per rate it's worth staying there. Had a peaceful sleep after traveling 1200 km all the way from Mumbai by car. Car parking also available.

Attended a reception in the first floor hall. Hall is airconditioned, but seating arrangement is poor. Hall can accommodate around 200 people. Nothing to write home about. Parking is almost non existent.
