One of the pathetic hospital. Very bad experience. I'm not sure how govt has given so many awards to this sub division hospital. No proper guidance, no one at help desk. we have to pay 5Rs to get token, but the cashier will keep remaining 5Rs for himself, if you have given 10Rs Note. For small dressing I waited for almost 2+Hrs and result is doctor is not available so asked us to wait outside the chamber. Nurse said doctor is on OT he will come whenever he wants. My mother is 63 and waiting waiting waiting. So I recommend the government to cut off all the funds which is no use to the citizens of the city.

Irresponsible management, Except Staff Nurse which i saw in the hospital 3-4 best out of 10, and Mainly the main doctor will not available on duty timings, the entire hospital is running with senior staff nurses only.. after 4-4.30pm Doctor's will not available, and Sunday don't ask, even literacy people will not get proper guidelines you may believe or not, then think it of illiteracy people, ex : when doctor suggests for blood test doctor will write on the prescription visit room no.53, people will go directly to room no.53 thier will be a huge Q after spend hours of time the blood collecting staff will ask payment receipt for blood test then people will run back to do payment counter but their 1 more Huge Q again have to spend hours together meanwhile room no 53 will close.. Totally bad experience and decided to don't visit again to Govt hospitals in my life time..

Recently a male aged 50 years with covid severity score on CT of 21/25 was admitted in this hospital.relatives had lost hope on the patient,but the team of staff and doctors worked tirelessly and was put on ventilator and struggled for 15 days and saved the life of the patient and discharged home without the need for any oxygen support at home.Kudos to entire team of doctors and staff for their dedicated service to patients in these difficult times.
