Rose garden with no more roses huge place too much of walking.. Place is at entrance of Kodaikanal viewpoints and its all about some of rose trees which are planted here, might be due to the month we visited was no good time for Roses. We visited here in month of November. Yeah some of gardening is done very well here and you need to walk alot to complete a whole cycle of this place. Roses are there but not so much but yeah different varieties of Rose trees are planted. Plucking of roses is prohibited and will be fined as per signs.. Good place if you love flowers. Entry fee is 30 INR per person and 50 INR for parking, which is waste as you need to park on road side. If you capable of walking for an half an hour without any issues then this place is all well for all age person. Place got toilets at entrence and drinking water facilities are available but no glasses,Better to keep a reusable water bottle filled as you will not get 1 or 2 liters plastic water bottles here as plastic is banned... sorry only PLASTIC BOTTLES of 1 or 2 litres are banned other than this all plastics is allowed.. You will not get any food inside but outside you got couple of places to eat.

It was so beautiful place where we can see all kinds of rose flowers and can feel pleasant. A nice place to visit with family.

Lot of variety of rose plants with flowers. You have to be patient to walk up and down the walkways. Some good views of the valley. It does have canteen inside. Also it has rest rooms. One open fountain is there, children should play there carefully.

As the name sounds it's Full of Roses and other beautiful flowers.. Worth spending time with family and friends especially kids will like it.. Away from the day today stress.. it will be so refreshing Ticket for adults 30 and camera Charge will be 50 Totally worth it.. if you love greeneries... Best place for your DSLR to be tested

A vast garden maintained by TN Horticultural department. Very good planning and we'll organised. Best maintained period as understand from the garden workers is March to May. This is to target the flower show festival organised the department in May. When we visited the garden in July, hardly any rose flower could be seen and most of the rose plants are maintained as if just for survival. However, a few other attractive flowering plants also are grown in the garden, which are perennial and flowering throughout the year and are pleasing to the eyes.

Amazing variety of roses spread across a big land. Very well maintained. 30 INR entry per person but fully worth it. It is joined by water supply of the area and has a lake view in the corner. Has multiple free washrooms and a canteen with nice food. I went during off season so mostly grafting was being done so mostly roses were not blooming and fountain was closed but it was still worth it. Definitely going again in season time.
