Best Government Diploma College with all facilities such as well equipped Lab, Library, Internet Facilities etc . But cons are that the college building is Located in a height place.

The government polytechnic has been built on a remote hilly region located on a narrow concrete cross road off from the Bantwal- Belthangadi highway. Even though the polytechnic is being functioning since 2008 the infrastructural development is quite poor. The hostel has not been opened. The roads need to be widened so that transport facilities for the students can be improved. Canteen, xerox and other small useful shops are badly requirred.
