Recently visited here just for curiosity. Government Medical College (BMC) is located in Baramati - Pune, Maharashtra, India. The college administered by the Government of Maharashtra, comprises clinical and para/pre-clinical departments. Working alongside the Women's Hospital. Founded in 2k19. GMC and the allied Women's General Hospital are situated near to Baramati MIDC area. The hospital serves the needs of patients from urban and rural area. It is also a major referral centre for many of the surrounding cities. The hospital has facilities in medical specialities including a cardiac catheterization laboratory, CT imaging, upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy & specially Forensic Science Dept. Currently college admits 100 students to the undergraduate (MBBS) course via NEET.15% AIQ quota is there for All India students and 85% is the state quota. Best thing about the college is that it's Infrastructure & Campus at peak level Than any other Medical College in India.

I have been working here as a doc more than 6 months... No doubt infrastructure is best ... But at Present Not all facilities n dept working up to their mark... I have worked in Sassoon Hospital Pune ...Yes Good Things take time...soon this will be the one of d best hospital n Baramati

Nice campus, especially for covid patients. They are taking so much care of the patients. Routine checkup, breakfast, lunch and dinner is at a time. All the rooms are very clean,air free and with all facilities. They are providing electricity 24 hours also also as well as required things like beds or sleeping materials.

Government Medical College is One Of the Best Medical College in India Education wise and Infrastructure Wise equivalent to AIIMS Now , Within Upcoming Days it will be Top 5 medical College In Maharashtra Baramati City is also Best

It is the biggest medical college of Pune district. It is a matter of great happiness for the people of Baramati. Good facilities are available here.

Medical college with up comming hospital, near future it vl be medical hub in pune district

Place looks awesome. Couldn't go inside but campus is huge. Roads outside the campus are under construction right now. This place is going to be awesome! Looks like it's a part of big plan for the city. The chowk infront of college connects to MIDC road as well as Tandulwadi railway station. It could be helpful for people travelling here.
