The treatment here is exceptionally good. With the exception of certain things, the hospital deserves five star rating. The two female doctors whose names I don't know are really mothers in the guise of doctors. Just as the sky or ocean doesn't have any boundaries, their patience also has no limits. Even the male doctor is also the cream of the crop. The negatives are the cleaning staff and a few nurses. I don't want to put names here as I was told that it would put them in complications.

Staff members were not so attentive, many people from rural areas of Andhra pradesh admit here, outsourcing workers will guide to you as per your requirement Guntur Need better maintenance, Big in AP. Lot of rural people around AP are come for treatment. Emergency ward also available here but staff is not quick as other corporate hospitals. All types treatments and medicine are free for poor people. New building is such a huge one, which is funded by podili Prasad

Rude behaviour especially night shift nurses, peoples are dying their negligencey of treating and nurses are happily sleeping in their duty hrs. please maintain the proper service, please take medical knowledge staff, I asked some questions to nurse their simply saying I don't know & having zero Knowledge. Atleast in this hospital doesn't have oxygen musks and capsules I bringed from outside of medical shop.

The worst experience in life .. we took our mother in law who had undergone brain surgery ..she was on ventilator ..ppl there were not bothered abt the patient condition..I should give 0 rating .. never ever go there .. hygiene - 0, staff response - 0 , after 3 hours of waiting they gvae a bed in ICU .. where there was no AC , no cleanliness, rude staff.. and no fan also ..when we asked for fan they told us to buy personal fan and keep .. seriously this was the care given to the patient in critical condition and on ventilator.. so just imagine about the normal patient.. please never recommend anyone to go there ..

Why don't they provide a contact number? not only govt hospitals even all the govt services like colleges and all The world is developing but these govt services will not

Centrally located in Railpet, Guntur. It is a well sophisticated hospital with all modern machinery and facilities. Covid vaccines are being given in separate building. Very good hospitality, but only one Computer is provided for this department. There is a need for another computer to handle so many vaccine persuers.

Treatment is very much better and advanced than many other private hospitals. Only issue is non responsive staff and rude behaviour of security. For name sake, there are 2 generic pharmacies but they charge MRP on all medicines. Buying medicine outside the hospital is cheaper than those.

No bothering about patients in critical condition or normal to. Staff with rood maner. They can't explain the situation about there family members clearly .they will explain only for 1 person in the family members. No BP machine were not able to work
