The Government Ayurveda Hospital is at Kanniyampuram on the Killikkavu temple road nearly 750 m from Pattambi Palakkad Main Road. The hospital is under the control of Ottappalam Municipality. The hospital is having both out patient facilities and inpatient facilities. Pay ward is also available in the hospital. The hospital is having an extension OP center at TB Road Ottappalam.
I visited this hospital for tratment of frozen shoulder. A. Medical ortho recommended for operation. I am a diabetic patient so I choose ayurveda. Dr Mohan applied some medicines and physiotherapy. Affter first therapy I could move my left hand shoulder much better for pain also. Today for my second visit I am very happy to share that 3/4th of my pain gone. Better movements. First I thought that Dr will admit me. But no admission.... Godly hand make my shoulder better.... Thanks a lot.

A very good govt. ayurveda hospital in kanniyampuram situated very close to killikulangara bhagavathi temple. 2 ayurveda doctors are posted and both of them are very good doctors.Within the limited funds available, they manage the hospital and its inmate patients.
