Ordered a masala dosa, It was a very bad food.. The masala in the masala dosa is half cooked.. It is better to set up a complaint box in the counter, not a tip box.

Never ever Expected such a Fine Dining Experience from an Hospital Food Court. Everything We Ordered was so Delicious and Felt Very Bad that We couldn't Treat Our Taste Buds before with this Excellent Dining Service from Lakeshore Food Court.

During my recent visit to VPS Lakeshore Hospital, I had the opportunity to dine at the Gourmet Food Court, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. As it's cumbersome to go out of the hospital premise, bystanders and visitors have no option but depend upon this restaurant... A bit Costly but good and hygienic food, along with vast variety of desserts for the sweet tooth...

I don't even understand what is the purpose of calling it a hospital canteen? Its a multicuisine restaurant named Gourmet. The food served there is not at all affordable. They have buffet service. A patient or bystander coming to the canteen is expected to go pick there food? They don't even provide water free of cost. That is also charged 10 rupee and a mineral water bottle is given. Why can't they maintain the older canteen and make this as a hangout place for rich customers?

Literally loved it , affordable rates, very neat and clean place , staffs are way too friendly! Loads of seating place , can accomadate upto 100 people I guess , when compared to other hospitals canteen , this one is amazing! You get a variety of choices in vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian dishes. Though delay in food is a bit longer , but it's worth the wait!
