Did a little detour to stop here while on the way to Chittorgarh. Good for a few snaps. Nice, peaceful place. You can see fish in the transparent water and some water birds.
Visited this place while on a solo bike ride from vadodara to delhi it is serene place to spent some time there is also one cottage nearby where you can stay
Ghosunda dam is built up to 426 meters RL for storage of 2600 MCF of water . GHOSUNDA DAM is Among the major dams in the district.!... AND also one of the beautiful place in chittorgarh. In every kind of weather this place is always hold something to impress you. There are many people those are there every day or many are for morning walk and evening walk. Dam was very easy to notice and very easy to reach.
This dam is good enough to take your friends, family for picnic and a beautiful landscape here. Dam is not that huge but still beautiful it is. Restaurant is also here. Everything here showing and displaying the rajasthani culture. Each and every part of this dam is good. Visit here and enjoy the scenery to be part of a beautiful place. Gosunda dam is a mark of beauty. Water level is that huge but still you can see the beautiful sunset and sun rise here. Come and be a part of this great place. I enjoyed to be here.
Very nice place ghosunda dam a big dam of bedach river situated near chittorgarh city is very good looking and a nature of this location is too good.... a good picnic spot and a photography point too ...castle narela is also present here with all best services to spend a good time here...a very good place to spend time ...!!!!
It's a nice small water reservoir. Visited nearby hotel hence the place.

This is the Gosunda dam which is located in Chittor district, from here, in Hindustan Zinc, water is supplied to the nearby villages of the village. It is a picnic support but many people enjoy the holidays every year.
