1. Rooms are not as shown in photos 2. Our flight was late, so we were late for checkin and our rooms were alloted to someone else without talking even though our booking was pre-paid. 3. Frequent power shortage, no power backup. 4 dirty sheets and quilt. 5. Frequent AC breakdown. 6. Non-cooperattive staff. 7. Not worth 3500INR per night for such world class facilities. 8 housekeeping very poor.

I have stayed here for 3 nights, Stay was amazing, hostel decorations is fabulous employees are very polite and friendly... Strongly recommend for solo travelers to stay. All the temples and ghats are very close from the hostel.

The bathroom and the toilets are poorly constructed. you would find mosquitos there. If it rains you get drenched even before reaching them. Rain is a reality in Varanasi and once you reach your room after all day of walking, you do not want to have bad bathrooms. If you are the second person going into the toilet, then the floor is all wet. water stands there for hours so you could easily soil your pants. It's too small to shower. No tiles on the floor with water always clogged there. the bathrooms do not do justice at all. People are nice. The rooms are nice.

My worst hostel experience till date , my first time stay in gostops hotels and was not pleasant at all , will not recommend to any traveler/visitors to opt for this property for hostel experience , For washroom i had to climb 3rd floor (roof top) everytime and even washroom not at good condition , showers were not working. I had paid around 750 rs for single bed in 14 bed dormitory which was comparatively costlier than other good hostels which I expirenced within India and even outside India. Even 2 star which I am giving is because of humble hostel staff behaviour. At last will not recommend this property to any guest.

Convenient location near most of the famous ghats of Varanasi in walking distance or reachable through shared auto that are available at walking distance. Helpful staff and clean rooms. Staff at the hostel were going above and beyond to help me.

Private rooms are worthless. Food is pathetic. Customer service 0. Pros: Dormitory seems Okay. Ambience is good.

However, there were some areas that required improvement, particularly in terms of cleanliness. One noticeable issue was the broken toilet. It was inconvenient to have only one functional toilet available for the entire hostel, and this definitely affected the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the beds left something to be desired. While the hostel had potential, the lack of attention to bed cleanliness was a disappointment. Despite these shortcomings, the hostel's positive aspects helped balance out the experience. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made up for the cleanliness concerns to some extent. However, I believe it is crucial for the management to prioritize cleanliness and maintenance to ensure a more satisfactory stay for future guests. If the issues with cleanliness and the broken toilet were addressed, this hostel could become a much more appealing option for visitors to Varanasi. With its current offering, it is an okay choice for those who prioritize a cozy and welcoming atmosphere but are willing to overlook some cleanliness concerns. In conclusion, my stay at this hostel in Varanasi was a mixed bag. While the service and staff were commendable, there were notable cleanliness issues and a broken toilet that need attention. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve the overall experience for future guests.

There was no cleaning, food is very costly and tasteless, there's no backup and wifi is slow, quilt provided is very bad, no amenities as shown in the pictures.
