Even after reading negative reviews I went to purchase the items. Worst quality. I regret it.

Purchased paneer and its hard and bad to eat. So in the next visit asked the shopkeeper to whether the Kova I was willing to buy was fresh, the morning product or evening product. That shopkeeper noded his head instead of actually telling weather it's fresh or not. And when I asked him for the second time ke kicked me out of the shop telling me he's not Won't sell for the customers who asked him whether it's fresh or not. I was shocked by his words. And calmly walked out. Doesn't the customer have the right to know whether the product (I.e dairy - perishable product) is fresh or not. What kind of behaviour is this never expected a shop owner to act in such a way. The person sitting in the counter is mid aged man with white hair, tall in height and behaviour is pathetic towards customers. Earlier my friend faced same problem when I shared this with him. And the reason I've asked him whether the kova I was willing to buy was fresh or not is because I earlier had a bad experience with paneer and later from then, though expensive always brought paneer from other famous sweet shop. And the person was not even the owner of the shop or the company he was an employee and most probably an accountant sitting in the counter. I hardly understand how the promoters of the dairy are allowing such a mentally unstable persons to deal with customers and to make a choice of his own to kick out a customer.

Very Rude Behaviour From the workers at the Shop. Very Indecent Guesture. They only tell U to leave the shop premises as soon as U arrive with 4 wheeler . They are Least concerned about customer. They are concerned more about vehicle parking than Doing services. They will Shun U away even Before listening to your Word. Better to Avoid going to their Shop and be Insulted By their workers For No Reason. Highly Shameless Behaviour.

I bought ghee two packets 500gm each. One packet is good and other tasted a little bad. Paneer too is not that good.

Good. But the khoa is more sugary than supposed to be, yet higher priced. Owner has become very arrogant now than compared to his initial days in this business.
