Goroomgo Sizzler Puri - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

First of all what I disliked about this hotel is that the management is really disastrous. I booked another room but was given a different room and when I complained regarding this, the manager along with his staffs behaved rudely towards us and even started shouting. A totally NOT TO VISIT Hotel for staying. Also, room cleaning was not done properly as bedsheets we're not changed inspite of reminding them repeatedly. Even you will find the room cleaning staffs arguing with you. Secondly, the rooms are really in a bad condition. Rooms are stuffy and suffocating. They are total opposites of what are shown in pictures. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND anybody to stay here even if it is for a minute.

Perfect location for Guests who want to escape from the chaos of City life. Property bang on the Beach on New Marine Drive.. Can enjoy the sea without getting out of the Bed. Very Delicious freshly cooked Food. Staff are very cordial. Property Needs a bit of renovation . Enjoyed every minute of staying there.

First of all I would like to express my gratitudes for the Manager/Owner of the Hotel Mr. Rehman. He is gem of a person. The very first day we had a bit of problem with Goroomgo Services regarding our booking but without eating any time, Mr. Rehman directly alloted a room for my mom and sis, since was late at night and we just arrived travelling above 600+ kms. by road. He was with me, helped to fort out the issue, arranged dinner for us so late at night. We will be forever indebted for his excellent services. Now regarding the hotel, it has a superb location with all rooms having a sea facing view. The rooms are moderate in size, double bedded but we're properly cleaned, sanitized. They daily changed the sheets and towels and also a thorough cleaning. We had a swift services for food and tea. Thanks to Lakhinder our care taker for his constant services. I would surely opt for Unique Beach Inn again, for my next trip to Puri. The place has a cozy calm atmosphere, totally away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists. The beach in front also has comparatively less people making it a calm place to hangout in the evening. It is a perfect place for friends and family.

My stay was horrible. I booked three rooms and all of them had problems. Lights were flickering. Ac didn't work as well. Bathroom lights were nt geting on. So u have to manage in the dark and even the bathroom locks were nt working. There is only one switch for all the lights inside the room and the main switch is outside ur room. If u turn off that switch, u can't even charge ur cell phones inside. It was a problem during night. The rooms were very damp. Sun light did not enter the rooms at all. Staffs were extremely rude. And the owner of the hotel was very arrogant towards their customers. They served us food which was prepared a day before and it was stinking while we unpacked. I am utterly disgusted. I will recommend not to waste your money here.

No room service, no daily cleanup, you have to pay full payment in advance, no regular washroom cleanup, no intercom, wifi available but no internet, no breakfast, book only when you have low budget else good to book another. Overall experience is average

Staff is not at all supportive, pathetic service. Irrespective of members in room, you will only get 1 towel, 1 pillow and 1 blanket. Room were not cleaned neither they will clean. The landline was never answered but i received call to remind me for checkout. Cost wise:, Dont book from makemytrip trip it will cost you more.

Positive: Hotel in best location sea view from balcony, it's on beach, WiFi available, Hot and cold water available, Negative: No restaurant facilities, No intercom, Dirty towels, Staff not proffesional, Not Hygienic, TV not working, No Food..

Owner's behaviour is no doubt very good... Hotel and Rooms are clean and well maintained.. It is situated near Sonar Bangla Dreamland & Blue Bay.. Their staff is very friendly..
